Danny Fulmer

Associate Attorney

Danny Fulmer is a South Carolina native and has called Anderson home since 2018. He graduated from Clemson University in 1991 (B.S. Animal Science, cum laude) and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997. After several years in private practice, Danny became a prosecutor for the 7th Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office, and later for the 10th Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office. During that time, he aggressively prosecuted the full range of criminal offenses, from DUI’s and burglaries to aggravated assaults and murders.


As part of the Injury Law Firm, Danny carries his prosecutor’s zeal to his representation of clients. He fights hard for them, with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome in each case, whether inside the court room or out.


Danny is married to his wife of 30 years, Brantlee. They have two teenage sons and seem to always be caring for a stray cat or dog.
